The Arizona Wildcats are part of the Division I Pacific 10 Conference and joined this conference back in 1978.  The same year, Arizona Wildcats' rivals, the Arizona State Sun Devils, also joined the Pac 10, setting up a rivalry that has lasted for the past 3 decades.

The Arizona Wildcats wear jerseys of cardinal red and navy blue while a Wildcats mascot revs up the crowds.  Home games are held at Arizona Stadium in Tucson which holds almost 58,000 people.  Since the Arizona Wildcats were created in 1899, they have racked up several victories over the years.  Their most recent conference title was captured in 1993.
