Californian Langston Jackson hails from Simi Valley and attended Simi Valley High School. During his high school career, Langston Jackson was a starting varsity player since ninth grade--an impressive feat. He earned MVP honors on the team not just once, but twice. By the time he was being scouted for college play, he was considered to be the 89th best running back in the U.S.

Langston Jackson's high school career earned him two all-league selections and one all-county recognition. He completed his senior year after rushing 230 times for 1,225 yards.

Langston Jackson chose to redshirt his 2008 season with the Cal Bears football team. We'll see what the 2009 season brings to this talented athlete.
