Michael Costanzo...hip hoppin' DJ or football extraordinaire? Well, both. Michael Costanzo excels on the gridiron while also running a DJ/music business on the side. His father was a successful college lineman for Nebraska and also played with the Dallas Cowboys for a time.

Michael Costanzo hails from Danville, California and graduated from Monte Vista High School. By the time he punched out of his high school years, he had notched 175 tackles and 26 quarterback sacks. Rivals and Scout ranked him quite high and he was widely recognized as the number 30 prospect coming out of California.

Unfortunately, a knee injury in 2006 sidelined Michael Costanzo and in a last-minute decision, he chose to red-shirt his freshman year.

By 2007, Michael Costanzo saw action in three games and posted his first tackle in a match-up against Washington.

2008 brought Michael Costanzo a varsity letter and increased playing time. With this type of momentum, 2009 promises to be a strong season.
